Facilities: Besides the main restaurant which provides with a choice of a la carte and buffets dishes, Live Cooking Stations, Grill / BBQ and a dessert buffet, the hotel has a specialty restaurant with Indian and Chinese food. Additionally there are a coffee shop, main bar and pool bar. Small guests are entertained in the kids club. Once per week there is evening entertainment by Live Music or a DJ. The Villas are all located at the beach facing the beautiful lagoon surrounded by coconut groves and tropical vegetation. They are built of natural material like wood and stone and combine traditional and modern architecture with contemporary facilities.

Meal plan: All Inclusive package, Breakfast, lunch and dinner with a choice of a la carte and buffets dishes in the main restaurant. Snacks, unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including fresh juices, cocktails etc. in pool bar and main bar. Additionally the package includes mini bar in the room which is filled 2 times per day. One time per week dinner at the specialty restaurant.

Accommodation: 150 stand alone beach villas with a minimum distance of 4m. The villas are equipped with a big Queen Size bed, a daybed, open-air bathroom with whirl tub, air-condition and overhead fan, coffee/tea/espresso station, safe, internet access, CD/DVD Player, flat screen TV with satellite TV, surround sound system and iPod station.
There are four different categories: Sunset Beach Villa (64 Villas / 100 sqm, Sunset Family Villa (2 interconnected Beach Villas / 18 sets of 2 Villas), Sunset Junior Suite (40 villas / 132 sqm) and the very broad Sunset Pool Villa (10 Villas / 192 sqm) with a large veranda and private pool.

Honeymoon package: A bottle of sparkling wine, a small wedding cake, one candle-light dinner for the couple per stay, one sunset cocktail served on terrace of the pool bar, turn down service at first or second evening, once per stay bath tub filled with warm water and flower petals, romantic bed decoration and complimentary massage for a companion when booking a “Romantic Couple Massage” (50% discount on one couple massage).

Diving: Dive & Sail – Alfons Straub – PADI licensed dive centre with multilingual team and PADI certified courses.

Wellness: The Spa consists of 12 over water and land villas. 5 of them are equipped with a private changing area, a steam shower and two hydraulic treatment tables. One of the water villas has a soaking tub. The exclusive suite for couples provides with a Vichy shower, a plunge pool for 2 and a relaxation area. Additionally there is offered nail and hair styling.
